Deliveries & Returns



If you would like to make a return, you must send an email to retour@ddp.fr with your order number and the reason for the return. Please read our policies below before submitting your request.

Return Policies:

  1. Returns can be accepted within 14 days of receipt.

  2. Returned items must be in new condition with all original packaging intact. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we made an ordering error.

  3. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise and will be issued in the original form of payment. The original shipping charges on the order will not be refunded.

  4. We do not accept any returns without prior communication and written agreement between our team and the customer. Please ensure that all items to be returned are properly packaged and accompanied by a valid tracking number. It is also recommended to insure the package for its full value.

    We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items incurred while in transit by the customer. Once returned items have been inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be issued, less the original shipping charge, unless otherwise stated.

    We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet our return policy.

  5. All limited edition, and discounted products are final sale - Any exemptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of DDP.

  6. Our online return policies only apply to orders placed online at www.ddp.fr

  7. We will not accept returns in quantities of 3 or more of the same product.


Finally, if we made a mistake in processing your order - Our apologies! This includes ONLY incorrect or damaged items shipped. In this case, we will also refund your original shipping costs. Please contact retour@ddp.fr with your order number and the item number of the merchandise you received as well as the item you were expecting. We will send you a return shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we will send it to you once the incorrect item is received. If the item is no longer available, we will credit your original payment method.
